We hired Erika a month ago and she came and completed our first cleaning. I thought she did a wonderful job. She told us she was going on vacation and needed to take off the next cleaning. We agreed. I messaged her to make sure she was coming back and she told me yes. The day came around and she never showed. I texted her and she has ghosted us. I'm not sure what happened, but we were not given an explanation. I was really hoping we had finally found someone. I think it is very unprofessional to not respond.
