While we weren't able to go through with hiring Erika, she was nothing short of wonderful through the process of meeting me and both my children. Her patience and understanding with my youngest really stood out as a shining point as my daughter is going through a rough bout of separation anxiety and stranger danger. She was flexible with scheduling and knowledgeable about childhood development with a good sense of empathy. I really appreciate her time and effort with us! :)
