About Erika

Hi! My name is Erika, I'm 18 years old and passionate about working with children in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. I have successfully completed courses in Behavior and Observation & Screening, Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse, Child Growth and Development, Health, Safety, and Nutrition, Child Care Facility Rules and Regulations, Special Needs Appropriate Practices, and Developmentally Appropriate Practices. I'm responsible, patient, hardworking, and always willing to learn and grow as a caregiver. My goal is to provide children with a positive, nurturing, and engaging experience while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
