About Erika

I'm a caring and experienced caregiver who genuinely loves working with kids. I'm a mom to a 17-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 6-year-old who is on the autism spectrum and nonspeaking. I also work in a public school as a paraprofessional with preschoolers on the spectrum, so I bring both personal and professional experience-along with a lot of patience, understanding, and heart. I connect easily with kids of all ages and love creating a safe, fun, and supportive space where they can feel comfortable and be themselves. I'm also a certified doula, trained in childbirth education and postpartum care, and I'm happy to help with cooking, light cleaning, and whatever else helps make life a little easier. I believe in honest, open communication with families and always do my best to make sure both kids and parents feel supported.
