Hi, I'm Erika! With 18 years of experience as a nanny and sitter, 11 years as a credential teacher, and being mom to a 4-year-old, childcare is literally my life's work. I specialize in caring for families with 1 to 3 children, blending my understanding of child development with a warm, nurturing approach. My philosophy focuses on helping to raise independent, confident, and curious kids. I am a firm believer in low-to-no screen time. I prioritize outdoor exploration, messy creative play, and open ended activities. I love creating environments where children are encouraged to build autonomy, think critically, and explore their imaginations. As a certified educator, I naturally weave learning into daily routines, making everything from baking to nature walks an engaging experience.
