Hi! My name is Erika and for the past 6 years I've worked with both infants and children and have enjoyed every minute of it. My most recent experience was with a family in Brooklyn and sadly the little girl will start school soon. I'm looking to partner with a new family and can accommodate a flexible/non-traditional schedule. A little about me... I'm originally from Venezuela and have been in the US for 8 years. I graduated from the Universidad Alejandro de Humboldt in Venezuela . have been working with children for the past 6 years. I LOVE working with children especially the two kids I currently care for -they are extremely energetic and keep me on my toes! I keep them engaged regularly, prepare their meals and keep the main areas of the house tidy. In my spare time I use my creativity to create balloon arrangement for special events -balloon animals have been a hit with the kids I babysit! I'm available to start July this year.

Erika was our nanny for 2.5 years. She started with our little one at ~12 months and was with us until she transitioned to preschool. Erika was a core part of our family unit. She was the first nanny we ever hired -we typically only had family watch our kids. I was grateful to find someone as warm and caring as Erika who also has energy to play with the kids all day long. The kids love her and we still see Erika for playdates and city outings!
