Erika watched my infant starting at 5 months old at our local daycare and was simply wonderful. She's very knowledgeable about newborn care, supportive and kind. We hired her independently for several date nights after she left the center. My little boy absolutely loved her and would light up anytime we dropped him off at school or she came over to watch him.
