Erika is an incredible person and nanny. She cared for our son from the time he was 3 months old until shortly before his 3rd birthday. During these nearly 3 years, Erika went out of her way to plan many amazing arts and crafts projects, as well as frequent outings and activities. Erika is also very knowledgeable about child growth and development and was a huge asset to me as a first time mom, as Erika often provided me with helpful information and helped create structure and schedules around many child milestones (introducing solid foods, transitioning away from bottles, implementing age appropriate nap schedules, introducing potty training, etc). I would have been lost without her help! I also really appreciated that, while Erika was always kind and nurturing to our son, she was able to set boundaries and enforce age appropriate rules. Erika is also extremely trustworthy and reliable. In sum, I highly recommend Erika as a nanny/childcare provider - she is truly one in a million!
