About Erielle

Hi! My name is Erielle, and I'm passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel supported in every environment they're in. I have over three years of experience in education, including teaching in the classroom and working closely with children of different learning styles and needs. I am CPR certified, and safety is always my top priority. I bring a calm, patient, and structured approach to caregiving, while still making sure kids feel comfortable, engaged, and valued. I also have hands-on experience working with children on the autism spectrum, which has strengthened my ability to use individualized support, positive reinforcement, and clear communication strategies. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with children and families, whether that's through helping with homework, creating fun learning activities, or simply being a dependable and caring presence. My goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and encouraging space where children can thrive.
