I hold a college degree and am committed to providing compassionate support. I strive to be patient, calm, friendly, and approachable with everyone I meet. I understand the importance of respecting each person's independence. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, and I always follow their preferred method. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I am CPR and First Aid trained. While I'm new to the field, I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
