I have 15 years of experience being a caregiver for children, teens, adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. I provide thoughtful, person-centered, and compassionate care. I'm patient, creative, friendly, and comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, educational games, video games, and team building activities. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and know some basic American Sign Language (ASL). I communicate with parents at pickup, honor their preferred method of communication, and teach children to share details about their day so that you get an opportunity to have that meaningful quality time with them. I have a car, feel comfortable around pets, and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I believe in the power of therapeutic games, the magic of creativity, and the importance of teaching social skills and independent living skills.
