Have you ever met an angel? Well, I have. Ericka and her team have truly been a blessing to me and my family. I have two disabled adult children who are unable to care for themselves, so finding the right people to help has never been easy. I have worked with different agencies before, but Ericka’s approach was just different. She came in herself, learned both of my children, spent time understanding what each of them needed, and then trained her team based on that. She even helped organize things around the house to make caring for them easier, and that meant more to me than she probably realizes. What I love most is that she actually checks in. She does not just send someone and disappear. She makes sure things are going the way they should, and that gives me a lot of peace of mind. Because of Ericka and her team, I am able to work, travel, and breathe a little easier knowing my children are being cared for. My dad also uses Ericka and her team now, which should tell you how much I trust her. She really knows what she is doing, and I am so thankful I found her.
