Witnessing my father-in-law's journey with dementia ignited my passion for providing compassionate care. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those I assist. My year of experience has equipped me with skills in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I am patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I offer respite care and found that providing reiki to my father-in-law brought him comfort. Knowing I can bring that same peace to your loved one is why I do what I do.
