Erika was a no show on the day of my home cleaning. I ended up having to take time off of work and use PTO days to get my home cleaned as the agreed Apon service for the home cleaning was not provided. We had a scheduled date the week following for Nanny Services while I attended a major work conference for adjusters I was informed during our text that she would no longer be available for that as well leaving me scrambling to find a sitter for the conference. I called to speak with her for clarity, but she would only reply via text. She was nice during our initial meeting but lacked professionalism on communication and scheduling for the prearranged dates and services discussed in person.
