Hi! I'm Ericka, a registered nurse (BSN, RN) with experience caring for children in both pediatric home health and hospital settings. Prior to becoming a nurse, I worked as a nanny for 2 years with the same family. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and love getting to know each child's unique personality. Whether we're reading books, playing outside, doing crafts, or helping with homework, I strive to create a fun, positive, and safe environment where children feel comfortable and supported. My nursing background has taught me to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and prioritize safety in every situation. I'm trained to recognize changes in a child's health, respond appropriately in emergencies, and provide attentive, compassionate care.
