Hello, - I have my Associates Transfer Degree in Psychology - I have extensive experience with children and adults who have behavioral issues, Autism, Down syndrome, Intellectual disabilities, Cerebral palsy, ADHD, Bipolar, etc. -I have cared for many families with children between the ages of 18months-9 years old. -The past 8 years I have worked as a caregiver and job coach for those who are developmentally disabled. I also assisted 2 adoptive families with 5 kids each (2-9 age range) who all had special needs. -I'm someone who can bring any kid out of their shell, help them advocate for themselves, and regulate/communicate emotions and needs. -I have 6 years experience of behavioral training so I observe at first and then support/explore the different types of intelligences that kids have as they develop. -I love arts and crafts and I am very active and love to play! - I'm available for overnights and have 5 years of professional experience with developmentally disabled adults.
