About Ericka

Caregiving is more than the work I do. Daily I choose to make a difference in individual lives. For the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals in the place they feel most comfortable there home. Every client has their own story, routines, preferences, and I believe they deserve care that honors who they are. Whether I'm preparing a favorite meal, offering companionship during the day, assisting with personal care, or helping keep a home safe and organized, my goal is always the same to create an environment where clients feel respected, valued, and able to live with as much independence as possible. The families I work with know they can count on me to be dependable, compassionate, and attentive. I believe trust is earned through consistency, kindness, and genuine care. I don't just provide assistance. I build meaningful relationships, listen with patience, and treat every person with the same dignity and respect I would want for my own loved ones.
