From the beginning, she set the tone for professionalism and clarity by proactively outlining expectations before she started, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. Her communication was excellent—always proactive, consistent, and thoughtful. She was punctual and reliable, and we never had to worry about scheduling or logistics. One of the things I appreciated most was her flexibility and willingness to still be present around our child even when he had a minor cold, while remaining cautious and respectful.
