About Eric

Since retiring in 2022, I have helped seniors with handyman assistance while engaging them in the projects. My priority is respecting the dignity of the person. Interacting with them is often more important and rewarding than the task at hand. I don't mind hearing the same stories or questions again and again. I strive to treat others the way I expect my own family members to be treated. I'd describe my personality as easy going, positive, and sincere. I like caring for seniors because it brings me joy, especially if I can help them hold on to any part of their independence and control. I'm looking for a job that fits around my son's school schedule. Caring for seniors has been instilled in me since I was a child. My family set the example and it's just part of who I am. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, attend church events, fixing things, and dabbling in hydroponics. My wife of 25 years and I have 5 adult children and our youngest is in high school.
