About Erica

I'd describe my personality as someone who is empathetic, consistent and patient. I like working with kids because I see life from the earliest perspective, children know happiness from the core of their existence. I'm looking for a job that has room for me to bring my energy, education and experience. Some where that invites a true family styled partnership understanding that each child's happiness and safety are always the focus. I started working with kids early. I learned early how to be a nurturing person through the care I provided to my siblings leading into my first years working as a babysitter, nanny, teacher and a director of a preschool. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my family I have a wonderful husband, two sons who are 7 and almost 13 years old and a pretty cute dog named Ellie. My skills include nurturing, early education, cooking, organizing, household management skills, transportation, support with emotional and cognitive and much more!
