We had a wonderful experience with Erica and would highly recommend her to other parents. We booked her to care for our 9-month-old son while we attended a wedding, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment she arrived (ahead of time!) at our hotel, she put us at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. Erica was caring, gentle, patient, and incredibly attentive. She worked seamlessly with both us and our son to ensure he felt comfortable, and she kept us updated with regular check-ins throughout the evening. We were especially touched when she repositioned the baby monitor so we could see her gently comforting our son when he woke up during the night. It showed such thoughtfulness and care. She also offered helpful tips when she noticed our son was a bit gassy and even followed up with a message the next day to check in on how he was doing—something that meant a lot to us. We truly appreciated Erica’s attentiveness and the peace of mind she gave us during an important event. Thank you, Erica!
