About Erica

Initially I was excited to work with Erica, and was so happy that she could do a turnaround cleaning on a rental property on short notice and on a weekend. She was professional, courteous, flexible, etc. However, a job I thought would take 2 hours by someone quick,(which one would expect at the rates being charged), 4 hours maximum by an average paced caregiver, took 11 hours. The space was clean, but not to the extent I would have expected for how long it took or for which I was being charged. Having my property management company would have been cheaper. Erica was willing to take on extra tasks, rather sought them out, to include offering to change out furnace filters and even whole toilets. I think we just had differing expectations of what a turnaround clean was. If I were to hire her, I’d be very specific about what exactly you want sone, the amount of time you expect it to take, setting abd ensuring not going over budget.
