Hi! My name is Erica. I'm 36 with experience with kids of all ages, as I've been babysitting/nannying since the age of 13.

I work in fitness sales and have a very flexible schedule. I'm a member of Junior League in Greensboro, and love giving back to the community in my free time. 

I'm due to have my first baby in September 2025, and am looking for a family I can work with long term that would allow me to bring him along.

Erica is phenomenal! She is incredibly flexible and caring. Instead of spending the entire day indoors, she goes the extra mile to walk my kids to a nearby park, keeping them active. My kids love her-she is the best!

Erica is a dependable, mature and punctual nanny for our 2 year old.  We have no concerns with leaving our daughter in her care throughout the day, knowing that she will be well looked after.  Erica goes above and beyond what we expect and is a wonderful person.  We would recommend her to other families in a heart beat.   We were really comfortable with her immediately and know that our daughter has a good time with her during their time together.

Erica has been babysitting for our family for a few years now.  She is truly amazing.  My toddler was still in diapers when she started babysitting for us and she handled that well.  Now that we are potty trained I can say she was very helpful during that transition too.  Erica is a very positive happy person and my children always have a good time (they are always super excited when they hear she is babysitting for them).  She also helped both my children get over their fear of the water (more specifically getting their heads/ears wet).  Both my children are now very confident in the water and my 4 year old is a strong swimmer thanks to Erica.  I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter; we will be very sad to see her leave when she moves.

Erica is wonderful with my 2 year old and he adores her! My child hasn't napped for me in a long time and yet Erica seemed to have the magic touch!!! Will be using her often!

We had Erica over for an interview. She was on time, kind, patient (as I was late home to meet her) and great energy! She also did a trial run with our infant and it went unbelievably smooth. She handled a huge blow out without coming to get me. (I was in another room). She also managed to get my fussy little one to sleep in a matter of minutes.  Definitely recommended. We loved Erica and will be using her on date nights!

I hired Erica to babysit my 1.5yr old. It was my first time ever using a babysitter and I was super nervous about being away from my son but Erica is so sweet and I instantly felt at ease seeing how she naturally took to our son. We will definitely be hiring her again.
