Hi! I'm Erica, an elementary educator with 8 years of experience teaching kindergarten through 2nd grade. During my time with IDEA Public Schools, I also served as a Grade Team Leader and Data Coach, helping identify learning gaps and support student growth. After stepping back from full-time education, I now teach on Mondays and Wednesdays and am available Tuesdays and Thursdays for private tutoring.
