About Erica

I have a genuine passion for nurturing and supporting children's growth. With three years of hands-on childcare experience working with children ages 0-11, I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I'm patient, creative, and enjoy planning fun, educational activities that encourage learning and development. I also bring 11 years of experience working with the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department, where I created and led a program called Tampa Tots in Transition for children ages 2-5. This program focused on developing fine motor skills, early learning basics like letters, numbers, colors, and shapes, and building social skills through group interaction. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have some college education. I value clear communication with parents and provide regular updates in the way that works best for each family. My goal is to create a safe, structured, and positive environment where children can grow, learn, and feel supported.
