About Erica

Highly motivated, caring individual with 6 years experience working as a lead preschool teacher from infants to age 6. I also worked the Before and after program at the Boys and Girls Club with the older children. Most recently I have been taking care of a sweet 2-year-old at her family home. I take care of her from 7am-6 p.m. (sometimes longer if needed). I get her up in the morning, get her ready for the day, and I always make sure to turn everyday activities into fun learning experiences. I know how to handle unexpected situations and ALWAYS put the child's safety and wellbeing first. The early years are the most important time of a child's life and I feel blessed to be a part of nurturing and teaching them new things. I treat each child as my own and I'm not afraid to get on their level and be silly. I'm certified including the FCCPC & continue to better myself for the children. I always put the children first!
