Erica was great on the phone! We scheduled an interview for Monday - I verified during our conversation, and again via text a couple days before - but she didn't show up! I am searching for a housekeeper for my boss and I even told her that Erica was my first choice, so it was very unprofessional and embarrassing that she did not show up. She told me she had mixed up her schedule. Even after that I was willing to give her an opportunity to come in later in the day and she declined. It's definitely frustrating to make time to meet with someone and they don't value your time enough to show.
