About Erica

My name is Erica, and I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with a strong background in patient care. I graduated from nursing school in 2017, after nearly a decade of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. The majority of my nursing career has been dedicated to long-term care, where I developed a deep appreciation for supporting patients through every stage of life. I also spent four years working in home health, where I had the privilege of helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. After starting a family, I transitioned into school nursing to align my career with my children's schedules. This role has allowed me to continue making a meaningful impact while being present for my family. My true passion lies in helping others--especially the elderly population. There is nothing more rewarding than supporting individuals in staying in their homes longer, preserving their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
