Hello! I am a mother of four grown children. I also bring over 25 years of professional experience w/ children in a multitude of settings. Nineteen of those years were as a children & youth ministry director and family pastor. I've done everything from potty training to managing an entire preschool/childcare staff as well as hosting parenting classes. I'm passionate for raising up the next generation and have found it incredibly fulfilling to influence the life of a child while also understanding the depth of the responsibility. I'm organized, detail oriented, creative and a good balance of structure and fun, but always w/ a heart for teaching. I love animals, enjoy the outdoors, adventuring, reading and the beach! I'm also a tennis instructor, so if your kids are interested I can double as their tennis coach.

Erica's heart is so big and her love for children is evident from the first interaction she has with children of all ages. All three of my children have interacted with her both in professional and personal settings. Each of them love her deeply and truly. She has meant something different for each child, a testament to how she is able to love and nurture children's unique individual gifts. In addition to seeing her interact with my children, I have seen her care for, support, and encourage hundreds of children over the span of 16 years, including her own. Anyone fortunate enough to have Erica care or interact with their child is extremely blessed.
