About Erica

I am a mother of four children; JT (25), Kloe (22), Daiton (21) and A (17). In addition I bring 19 years of experience as a children's ministry and youth pastor. I've done everything from potty training to managing an entire preschool/childcare staff as well as planning mission trips and family events. No matter what I'm doing if kids are involved I'm happy! I have a huge passion for raising up the next generation. I have found it incredible fulfilling to influence the life of a child. It's also a great responsibility. I am super organized, detail oriented, creative and enthusiastic. I would say I'm a good balance of structure and silly! With our four children launched, we recently relocated to North Carolina from Ohio. We're seeking a slower, quieter life by the oceanside. My husband and I with our little pack (3 dogs and a cat) are currently staying at our condo, but our home will be finished soon! I enjoy the outdoors, tennis, reading and the beach!

Erica's heart is so big and her love for children is evident from the first interaction she has with children of all ages. All three of my children have interacted with her both in professional and personal settings. Each of them love her deeply and truly. She has meant something different for each child, a testament to how she is able to love and nurture children's unique individual gifts. In addition to seeing her interact with my children, I have seen her care for, support, and encourage hundreds of children over the span of 16 years, including her own. Anyone fortunate enough to have Erica care or interact with their child is extremely blessed.
