My background includes some college education, along with CPR Training and First Aid Training with AHA certificate and completion of the EMT-B course. I understand the importance of clear communication with families, providing updates via text, phone, or in person, according to their preferences. I prioritize understanding each person's unique history and preferences. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I also provide services like errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
