About Erica

I'm 18 years old, I go by my nickname which is EL not Erica! for legal reasons I had to put Erica here. I've been working with kids since even I was a kid, doing mamas helper. I've worked with special needs kids and have been through school courses on early development of a child with autism etc. in general I love playing and getting to know kids. I love forming bonds and doing what they like while holding and setting healthy boundaries and keeping them safe. I don't have a car but I do have a ride so I can transport myself, and im willing to babysit many nights since I am free most of the time. im going to college in august, majoring in biology with a minor in psychology! i'm younger so I think that helps in a trusting relationship sometimes, as it may be easier for me to relate and be seen more as an equal yet still be respected enough to hold boundaries and be an authority figure. I'm smart so I can help with homework, and any problems that need to be solved. you wont regret this!
