About Erica

Hello! Hi! My name is Erica, and I'm a Mom of two (ages 8 and 12) living in southern Rhode Island. Now that my kids are in school full-time, I'm looking to return to nannying. I've recently cared for a2-month-old infant and previously worked as a full-time nanny for two years in my early 20s. I'm empathetic, patient, extremely cautious, nurturing, and genuinely love being around children -- their curiosity and joy are contagious. I understand that children of different ages all come in different personalities and I find myself able to adapt to who they are. Our family has lived in the area for over 12 years, and I value building trusted, long-term relationships with the families I work with.
