About Erica

My name is Erica and I have taken care of many children over the last 20 years. I raised 2 daughters and many cousins. I've had 20+ years in healthcare as the patients primary care manager, RN, BSN, MSN with a plethora of experience in both hospital inpatients units specializing in pre/post op surgery care, preventative care for risks of falls, infection, skin breakdown, wound care, or pneumonia. Now in Private Care after 10 years in healthcare leadership:Nurse Manager then a Director of a new Home Health Care Company for 4 1/2 years . I have been a Nurse Educator and a BLS ACLS Instructor. I'm currently caring for a 4-year-old with some behavioral issues and I have been working with him for a year now and seen a lot of improvement. I am very caring, playful, creative, supportive and have more empathy and patience than most. Children ages 2-5 years old are my favorite age group but I am able to relate and work well with all ages.
