About Erica

Hi! My name is Erica, and I'm a childcare professional with over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged children. I have multiple associate degrees, upper-division coursework in Child Development, and extensive experience in licensed childcare facilities. Most recently, I served as the General Manager of a childcare and enrichment center. My background includes infant through school age care, developmental milestones, educational activities, positive behavior guidance, and creating safe, nurturing environments. I'm also a proud mom to a 2-month-old boy! I'm seeking a consistent part-time or full-time childcare position where my son can accompany me. I'm reliable, patient, attentive, and passionate about helping children thrive. My schedule and rates are flexible, and professional references are available. I'd love to connect and see if I'd be a great fit for your family!
