About Erica

I'm an older mom/daughter/partner with all my PA clearences, a respected yoga teacherfor 18 years now to people of all ages, My undergrad is in cognitive psychology/memory & aging. My graduate studies were in gerontology. Before yoga, long term care for dementia patients was my passion. Right after graduation I became a hospice volunteer and worked as a Adult Day Care Activities Director and as a research specialist for NIH funded research projects at 2 Universities and the Veterans Administration Research Center of Excellence in Gainesville, Florida. I have worked with families, providing respite, exercise, support and companionship for decades. In the 2010s, I supported adults and kids on the autism spectrum and other neuro-diverse classifications. Quality of life, growth, healing. I'm here for your family. Love and light.
