About Erica

Hi! My name is Erica and I have a strong background in childcare, child development, and behavioral support. I graduated with a degree in Child Development & Family Studies and have several years of experience working with children of all ages in educational, therapeutic, and home settings. I currently work in the ABA field as an Intake Coordinator and previously worked as a Lead Behavior Specialist, Registered Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, and Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher. My experience has helped me build strong skills in communication, patience, emotional support, behavior management, and creating safe, structured, and fun environments for children to thrive in. Families describe me as dependable, nurturing, organized, and easy to communicate with. I truly love working with children and helping families feel supported and comfortable. CPR & First Aid certified.
