About Erica

Nurturing children's growth while supporting families is my passion. I offer one year of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 years. I am patient, creative, and approachable. I follow parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences. I enjoy outdoor sports and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable with cooking, light housekeeping, and crafts. My coursework includes Early Child Development and Nursing in high school. College is in progress and is active in Phycology.
