About Erica

I began my career in caregiving, providing compassionate support to seniors for five years. I then transitioned into early childhood education, where I spent over 20 years as a preschool teacher before successfully operating my own private in-home daycare and preschool. As a cancer survivor, I have personally experienced the importance of quality care, patience, and emotional support. During my journey, I relied on others for care, which deepened my appreciation for caregivers and the difference they make in people's lives. This experience inspired me to return to senior caregiving, where I can give back to others with empathy, gratitude, and dedication. I am dependable, nurturing, and passionate about helping others maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
