Erica was employed to care for my elderly father-in-law for 5 years. She came promptly, everyday, for 6 hours a day. Erica made sure he was clean, gave him his meds and cooked his meals. She went shopping for him, took him to his appointments. Most importantly, Erica really cared about his well being. I firmly believe Erica prolonged the life of my father-in-law. He lived almost to 101 years of age.
