Erica quit via text 45 minutes before her shift without any TRUE reason. When I followed up via phone call and text, she was unresponsive. The care she provided my Mom was mediocre. She did not follow guidance to safely use the sling for the hoyer lift and did not get garments pulled up correctly which caused hot spots. She also was not proactive during her shift to maintain the apartment or doing things to assist in daily care. Overall a disappointment and waste of time.
