About Erica

Hi! I'm Erica -- a mom of one amazing school-age kid and someone who's always had a passion for working with children. I spent five summers as a camp counselor for kids ages 5-12, where I learned the magic of keeping things fun, creative, and organized all at once. I've also worked as a nanny for children with special needs and as a daycare teacher caring for infants through preschoolers, so I'm comfortable supporting kids at all developmental stages. As both a parent and caregiver, I understand the importance of reliability, patience, and genuine connection. Whether it's helping with daily routines, homework, or imaginative play, I love creating a safe and encouraging space for kids to learn and grow.
