For over 10 years, I have been helping students unlock their potential and achieve academic success. I hold a Bachelors in Secondary Math Education and believe that personalized support is key to fostering a love for learning, not just memorization. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material. By varying my teaching strategies, I empower them to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Open communication builds trust and allows me to adapt my approach. The most rewarding aspect is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment. I am comfortable tutoring at my home, online, a library, school, or a coffee shop. I can help with math courses at the middle school, high school, and college levels. I also enjoy helping adults who are trying to get back into school or pass an exam. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and would love to help your student succeed!
