About Erica

Hi! I'm Erica-currently a Senior Program Director at a daycare and a caregiver with over 14 years of experience. In addition to working with children, I was a full-time live-in caregiver for my grandparents -experiences that deeply shaped my approach to compassionate senior care. I supported my grandfather through dementia and chronic panic issues and helped care for my grandmother, who had emphysema, pneumonia, breast cancer, and a G-tube. I managed daily care, medications, and all medical appointments. Most importantly, I was a consistent, loving presence they could count on-someone who understood their needs and treated them with dignity every step of the way. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, calm under pressure, and deeply committed to compassionate, personalized care. Whether your loved one needs help with daily tasks, companionship, or dependable support, I'm here to provide it with patience, respect, and kindness!
