I'm a passionate childcare professional focused on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can grow and thrive. I'm looking for part time work doing something I love, making a difference in future generations. With 12 years of experience as a nanny, daycare teacher, and senior director, I'm very lucky to have had so many friends teach me so much along the way. I've learned that when a child feels heard, building a positive relationship comes naturally. Emotional awareness is at the heart of my approach, helping me understand children's needs, guide them through big feelings, and build trust. I use positive behavior guidance with patience, consistency, and encouragement to support confidence and social skills. I also create thoughtful routines and activities that foster learning, creativity, and security. My goal is to provide care that is warm, structured, and tailored to each child, so they feel valued, supported, and excited to learn every day.
