I now work in the food industry downtown and loving Chicago! I've nannied and babysat many times in the past for families with 1-3 children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old. I've also worked at my church's nursery for many years. I like to think I have a calming playful energy and I'm very patient yet can uphold household rules and routines. I love playing games, doing puzzles, arts and crafts, being outside, going on walks, and making snacks! I would always have my phone on me and could provide you with any updates as needed. As I have a full time job, my hours are limited to helping out ~10-12 hours /week. I'm a non-smoker, I have my own car, and comfortable around pets. We hired Erica to help out with our 3 kids at my sister's wedding reception. She was phenomenal. She arrived early, was prepared, professional, flexible and incredibly helpful. The kids (mine plus others on site) loved her and I was so grateful to have her on hand to handle their needs while I was busy. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and the wedding planner on site also commented to me that she will be recommending Erica to other clients looking for care.
