About Erica

I am a dedicated childcare provider with lifelong experience caring for children of all ages. I currently care for a beloved 2-year-old boy and have been his caregiver since September 1, 2025. In my early 20s, I worked as a lead teacher in a daycare classroom for 18-24-month-olds, and I've babysat consistently since my teenage years. I am also a mother to a thriving 23-year-old son, whom I raised independently, as well as an involved aunt to my nieces and nephew. I have additional experience caring for infants and children in church nursery settings. After spending the past 10 years in administrative/HR roles for Christian nonprofits, I returned to childcare-my greatest passion. I offer professional, highly organized, and nurturing care rooted in grace, patience, and respect. I prioritize both emotional and physical safety, follow family rules closely, value creative and outdoor play, and believe caring for children is a sacred trust built on connection, communication, and love.
