About Erica

I have experience working at Glad Tidings Preschool and KinderCare with children aged 6 months to 3 years. I started as a teacher in the baby classroom but frequently transferred to the 1 to 4-year-old classrooms. I truly enjoyed my time at the daycare and often spoiled the little ones. I left to pursue better pay, but I really loved working with my babies. The head teacher at the time didn't want us to hold the babies because she felt it would spoil them, but I would always cuddle them in the afternoons when she wasn't around. The children would often reach for me. One of my babies moved up to the next class when she was old enough and cried to return to me. I was even invited to her birthday party, which I happily attended! I believe in treating your children like my own family.
