About Erica

Hello! My name is Erica. I am 45 years old and a proud mother of three boys. I have more than 20 years of healthcare experience and currently work in a middle school as an ISS aide, where I supervise students, maintain a safe environment, and provide structure and support. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Assistant, with additional certifications in phlebotomy, EKG, medication assistance, CPR, First Aid, AED, HIPAA, and TB screening. I am dependable, patient, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of others. I can provide companionship, safety monitoring, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and walking or toileting assistance. I do not provide lifting, bathing, dressing, or complete hands-on personal care. My goal is to help each person remain safe, comfortable, respected, and as independent as possible.
