About Erica

Strengths: Math k-6th, and Science k-6 I worked with children diagnosed with Autism for two years. During that time, I taught everything from concrete skills like math, English, & science to soft skills such as sweeping and social skills. I truly believe that patience and encouragement are the keys to learning. I pride myself on being observant and adaptive. I love to take a different approach when a topic isn't clicking, and my favorite is the light bulb moments when something difficult finally clicks!
