About Erica

During my preschool through 3rd grade experience, I had the opportunity to work closely with young children in a nurturing, play-based learning environment. I supported students in developing foundational skills in language, math, and social-emotional learning through hands-on activities, storytelling, and guided play. I learned how to adapt instruction to meet individual needs, model positive behavior, and foster a safe, inclusive space where children felt encouraged to explore and express themselves. This experience deepened my understanding of child development and strengthened my passion for early childhood education.
