Bait and switch strategy. When I contacted her regarding house keeping job, she messaged me saying that she expressed interest saying asking for hours and job details etc. Towards the end of the day she flipped and said her mother is also a house cleaner and if I can meet her instead. I was like why has she posted her profile then ?? BTW, Erica works as a full time nanny . Anyway, I agreed to meet her mom and both Erica and her mom came over for an interview. Things looked good and we agreed upon schedule, rates and possible start date. Things went downhill from there when I followed up with them again. Erica never bothered to reply back again. I sent her a few messages but she chose to ignore. If they decided not to to pursue this offer, at least have some basic courtesy and professionalism to reply back. Would never recommend her to anyone!
